Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site — browsing, creating an account, making a purchase, redeeming a voucher, or entering the sweepstakes — you agree to be bound by these Terms and by BMD's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

To create an account, you must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under applicable law. Sweepstakes participation additionally requires eligibility under the Official Rules (legal U.S. residents, 18+).

When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current information (name, email, phone number, and mailing address) and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify BMD promptly of any unauthorized use.

• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to gain additional sweepstakes entries or purchase-history benefits is prohibited and may result in disqualification or account termination.
• Your account may store your purchase history, sweepstakes entries, voucher records, and bee-removal service requests, so that BMD can serve you and maintain accurate records.

3. Purchases

The Site offers several distinct products, each governed by its own terms in addition to these Terms:

• Entry Coins — $250 each. One sweepstakes entry per purchase, subject to the Official Rules for the applicable drawing.
• Turnover Silver — $150 each, no purchase limit. Carries no sweepstakes entry.
• Pledge / Collector Coins — sold on the separate pledge/collector page. Carries no sweepstakes entry, no purchase limit, and is not connected to any drawing. See the pledge page's product description for details.
• Vouchers — one-time-use codes redeemable per their terms; see Section 6.

All payments are processed through Stripe. BMD does not collect or store your payment card number; Stripe's own terms and privacy practices apply to the payment transaction itself.

Except as expressly stated in the Official Rules (full refund of an Entry Coin purchase if a drawing is cancelled for not meeting its minimum entry requirement), all sales are final.

4. Sweepstakes Participation

Participation in the Buzz for Gold sweepstakes is governed exclusively by the Official Sweepstakes Rules for the applicable drawing, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. No purchase is necessary to enter or win; see the Official Rules for the free (AMOE) entry method.

5. Purchase History & Returning-Customer Recognition

BMD may use the purchase and entry history associated with your account to identify returning customers and, at BMD's sole discretion, to offer promotions, discounts, or other benefits. Any such benefit is discretionary, is not guaranteed, and may be changed or discontinued at any time. See the Privacy Policy for how this history is collected, used, and retained.

6. Vouchers

• Vouchers are non-transferable and locked to the registered purchaser or recipient.
• Each voucher is single-use only.
• Lost, stolen, or destroyed vouchers will not be replaced.
• Voucher terms are subject to change and final legal approval; the version posted on the Site at the time of redemption applies.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or other automated means to create accounts, make purchases, or submit sweepstakes entries;
• Attempt to gain more sweepstakes entries than permitted under the Official Rules through multiple accounts, false identities, or fraudulent transactions;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or its security features;
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

BMD may suspend or terminate an account, and disqualify associated sweepstakes entries, for any violation of this section, in its sole discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

The BMD name, logo, coin designs, and all Site content are the property of Bee Man Dan LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use BMD's trademarks or designs without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BMD and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or an account, including any purchase, voucher, or sweepstakes entry made through it.

11. Termination

BMD may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to BMD, other users, or third parties. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting BMD (see Section 14).

12. Changes to These Terms

BMD may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your use applies. Material changes will be noted with an updated effective date at the top of this document.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts located in Texas.
